There does seem to be a problem with our proxy server. I am unable to access the databases from home as well. I am afraid that there is nothing that can be done to address this until Monday.
If you have access to a public library, you can use the TexShare databases. Although not as in-depth and research oriented as CINAHL, the following databases available through a TexShare public library will be useful:
Health Reference Center - Academic, Academic Search Complete, and Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition.
If you do not have access to a public library database, the following government sites may be helpful:
